Mauro Castano is Buddy Valastro's right hand man and baker in Carlo's Bake Shop. He was born in Italy and is now an American citizen. He is the husband to Buddy's older sister Madeline and has three children: Bartolo, Dominique, and Mary.
Mauro is a huge fan of A.C. Milan.
